Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our car rental services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle from Premium Car Rental, you enter into a rental agreement that is subject to these Terms of Service. The rental agreement begins when you take possession of the vehicle and ends when the vehicle is returned to us in acceptable condition.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for luxury vehicles)
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least one year
• Have a valid credit card in your name
• Provide proof of insurance or purchase our coverage
• Have no major driving violations on record

3. Reservation and Payment

All reservations require a valid credit card to secure the booking. Payment is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies by vehicle category and will be authorized on your credit card at pickup. This hold is released within 5-10 business days after the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition, provided there are no additional charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental charge. No-shows are charged the full rental amount.

6. Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws. The vehicle may not be:

• Used for racing or competitive driving
• Used to tow or push anything
• Driven off-road or on unpaved surfaces
• Used for illegal activities
• Driven by anyone not authorized on the rental agreement
• Transported outside the agreed-upon geographic area

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current market rates plus a refueling service fee.

8. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included in all rentals. You may be responsible for a deductible amount in case of damage. Additional insurance options are available for purchase. You are responsible for all traffic violations, tolls, and parking fees incurred during the rental period.

9. Damage and Loss

You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period, including theft, vandalism, or damage caused by accidents. You must report any damage or incidents immediately to our customer service and local authorities if applicable.

10. Late Returns

A grace period of 59 minutes is provided. After this period, additional charges apply at hourly rates up to the daily rate. Returns more than 24 hours late may incur additional penalties.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the vehicle at any time if you violate these terms or if we believe the vehicle is being used improperly.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
