Our standard fuel policy is "Full to Full." You will receive the car with a full tank of fuel and should return it with a full tank. If the car is returned with less fuel, you will be charged for the missing fuel at market rates plus a refueling service fee.

Insurance & Coverage

All rentals include basic liability insurance and collision damage waiver (CDW) with a deductible. You can upgrade to premium coverage with zero deductible for complete peace of mind. We also offer personal accident insurance and personal effects coverage as optional add-ons.

Yes, you may use your personal auto insurance or credit card coverage. However, you must provide proof of coverage that extends to rental vehicles. Please note that you will still be responsible for any damages until reimbursement from your insurance provider is received.

Pickup & Return

Our standard locations are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Airport locations are open 24/7. After-hours pickup and return may be available at select locations for an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange after-hours service.

No, the primary driver named on the reservation must be present at pickup with a valid driver's license and credit card. Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement at pickup or during the rental period for a small fee, provided they meet all requirements and are present with their valid license.

We offer a grace period of 59 minutes. After that, late returns are charged at hourly rates up to the daily rate. Returns more than 24 hours late may incur additional penalties. If you know you'll be late, please contact us as soon as possible to extend your rental.
